HollyShorts London Winners Announced
From December 6th-8th, HollyShorts held its first overseas festival in London, showcasing short films both in-person and online. Jamie O’Rourke’s “Calf” won Best Short Film and a £20,000 Panavision lens package. Honorees included Oscar winners Tom Berkeley and Ross White (“An Irish Goodbye”), Chris Overton (“The Silent Child”), Misan Harriman (“The After”), and Jamie Donoughue (“Shok”). Actor James Martin received the Trailblazer Award. Now featuring four Oscar-qualifying categories and BAFTA eligibility, HollyShorts London returns in 2024, with the U.S. edition entering its 21st year next fall.
